Write the love story readers can’t put down. Join best-selling author Emma Grey for a four hour romance workshop on craft, pace and passion.

About the workshop:

In this four-hour session, we’ll discuss the essentials of writing compelling romantic fiction, including how to create realistic conflict and sparkling (but natural) dialogue, the importance of backstory and side characters, and how to build an unputdownable pace through plot, structure, point of view and more.

We’ll cover questions of mindset, motivation and finding time, how to get started, how to keep going when it’s difficult and we’ll have an open Q&A on all things writing, editing and publishing.

Walk away with clear writing goals for 2026, fresh motivation and a renewed commitment to telling stories readers will love.

Emma Grey is the USA Today bestselling author of seven books, including The Last Love Note and Pictures of You, which has been optioned as a TV series. Her forthcoming novel, Start at the End attracted a multi-territory deal in Australia, the US and the UK and is receiving early interest from Hollywood. Together with composer, Sally Whitwell, Emma adapted her YA romances, Unrequited and Tilly Maguire And The Royal Wedding Mess into stage musicals.

Her award-winning novels have featured in the New York Times, People magazine, Oprah Daily, The Washington Post, Who Weekly and The Australian Women’s Weekly. They were selected as feature titles by the Book of the Month and Target book clubs in the US, by Better Reading’s Top 100 in Australia and have been translated into more than ten languages.
