On Friday 15 November from 6–8pm, Big River Distilling Co, Paperchain Bookstore, and MARION will host a special edition of Ginsights with guest author Siang Lu, in conversation with Beejay Silcox.
Siang Lu is the author of Ghost Cities and The Whitewash, and the co-creator of The Beige Index.
Big River will be serving a signature cocktail inspired by Ghost Cities, with Big River Mandarin Gin, featuring mandarin zest and Chinese five spice.
