Suzanne Edgar
Catching the Light
Ginninderra Press, 2020
Catching the Light is Suzanne Edgar’s fourth collection of poetry. In it, this ‘intelligent, inventive and gifted poet continues her daring discoveries and explorations’ (Les Murray) of both the light and the darker sides of life.
Highly commended, Poetry, ACT Publishing Awards 2020
“Edgar’s poems are clear, accessible…and balanced either by lovely rhymes that structure the early poems or by syllabic rhythms where rhyme is not needed to make the poetry work.”
