About the Author
Julieanne Lamond is a literary critic and member of the English faculty at Australian National University. She has published essays on Australian literature, reading history, and the relationship between literature and politics. She is co-editor of the journal Australian Literary Studies and lives on Ngunnawal land in Canberra.
