Join both the author and illustrator of Cloudspotting (Windy Hollow Books, March 2023),
on the MV Southern Cross for a book launch with a difference!

When the sun rises over the sea, the sky is a canvas of possibilities for a father and daughter. Cloudspotting is a joyful celebration of love, lunch and the imagination. Join a father and daughter as they share a special time catching crabs but also treasuring being on the water and appreciating what is around them.

The BOAT WILL NOT DEPART and will remain tethered to the jetty for the duration of the event. You can arrive and leave at any time!

There will be craft, cookies, storytime, and tea and coffee for the parents!

There is also FREE parking - if you attend the launch, we can give you a parking validation ticket that means you can leave with no parking fees. The event also ends just in time for lunch - maybe you'll stay for fish and chips on the lawn in front of the yacht club, inspired to find some shapes in the clouds!
